Cold therapy:Place the removable ball in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours or unticl chilled.Before use,replace the ball in the base.The ball will stay cold for 15-20 minutes.Refreeze as necessary.
Warm therapy:Place the ball in warm water until heated to desired warmth.Do not place the ball in the microwave or in boiling water.

2). The client paid by TT 30% deposit and the balance paid against copy of BL. or open LC after receiving our PI.
3). The client approve our bulk sample, and get the testing report if necessary.
4). FRI (Final Random Inspection) approval.
5). The factory arranges the shipment.
6). The client pays the balance payment.
7). The supplier send original documents or telex release the goods.

A5:For urgent order and light weight, you can choose the following express:UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS.
For heavy weight, you can choose to delivery the goods by air or by sea to save cost
